STEEL BALANCE WEIGHTS ARE INSTALLED IN THE TAB NOSE. DIMENSIONS: 60 IN X 10 IN X 2 IN. THIS REQUIREMENT IS COMPETITIVE FOR THE FIRST TIME AND IT IS SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE NOTE 26.
