Function: The fuel oil cooler uses fuel to cool engine oil through heat exchange. The oil cooler is mounted to the front of the fan duct at the 5 o?clock position. Qualification requirements are not available for this item. Award will be made only if the offeror meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR 52.209-1.
