- This contract requires the furnishing of non-personal professional mental health services, facilities, materials, instruments, travel and incidentals necessary. The goal is to assist students in attaining and maintaining optimal mental health by providing basic on-center mental health services to include promotion, prevention, assessment, intervention, limited treatment and follow up care. Also, to provide mental health services to students and staff of the Anaconda Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
