Quantity to-be-determined at the rate of 10,056-each in 90 days ADO, and any balance delivered at the rate of 5000-each every 30-days thereafter. Various quantity increments solicited: 500 to 9,999, 10,000-14,999, 15,000-24,999, 25,000-29,999, 30,000-39,999, and 40,000-50,000. 100% Small Business Set-Aside and Other than Full and Open Competition applies See Note 26 and Note 1. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 1 April 2005. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Adequate specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement is a solicitation for an Indefinite Quantity Contract, consisting of one (1) 12-month base year, and two (2) 12-months option period. The total duration shall not exceed 36-months. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
