- Description: See numbered notes: 12 and 26. 2815-01-411-2137 ? Cylinder Head, Diesel Engine, complete cylinder head with values, springs, retainers. Parts are being bought in accordance with Mowag (S3002) P/N 0725308, General Motors (24617) P/N 10163726 or AM General (34623) P/N 10163726. Total quantity required is 365 each going to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. The solicitation also has incremental quantity ranges for pricing up to 900 each and an option for 365 each. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date 3/30/05. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The required delivery is 80 days. A written quotation is required and is to be returned to the Bid Room DSCC-PBAA by the date and time specified.
