- PR-No.: IQC05069009081, NSN 5965-01-260-8701, Diaphragm, Microphone, I/A/W Drawing NR 81361 5-1-1047 and all associated DWGs, NOR?s. Quantity to-be-determined at the rate of 16,663-each in 90 days ADO, and any balance delivered at the rate of 1000-each every 30-days thereafter. Various quantity increments solicited: 1,000 to 4,999, 5,000- 9,999, 10,000-24,999, 25,000-29,000, 30,000-34,999 and 35,000-40,000. Full and Open Competition applies, First Article Testing is required Government and Contractor Testing. Complete, unrestrictive tech data package to be included or referenced in the solicitation. See Note 26. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. Shipments are CONUS. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 11 April 2005. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERICAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. The proposed procurement is a solicitation for an Indefinite Quantity Contract, consisting of one (1) 12-month base year. The total duration shall not exceed 12-months. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
