The contract period will span a four year ordering/ delivery period to commence date of award through 31 May 2009. All responsible sources are invited to submit offers. DESC anticipates conducting discussions with offerors submitting proposals under subject solicitation, but reserves the right to make contract award(s) based on initial offers submitted.
