Description

Notice of Intent to award as a sole source requirement to Bartel Communications Inc. for labor and materials necessary to relocate existing telephone system from the current location of Customs and Border Protection National Finance Center, 6026 Lakeside Blvd, Indianapolis, IN 46278 to the new location at 6650 Telecom Dr., Indianapolis, IN 46278. Vendor is required to have certification for installation of EON equipment. This proposed contract action is for supplies and/or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.203. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit Proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all proposals received by the closing date and time will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competititve procurement. Any vendor who believes that they can provide the services and can provide proof of certification on EON equipment should email or fax their company's capabilities information to the attention of Robert Sieferman by 3:30pm EST, March 18, 2005.
