- Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform Base Fuels Management at Seguin Auxiliary Field and Randolph AFB, TX as required. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 488190 applies to this acquisition. This acquisition is set aside for competition to 100% Small Business (SB) SET-ASIDE. Period of Performance: 01 Apr 05 through 30 Sep 05, Basic (Year), four (4) twelve month option periods and one (1) six (6) month option period. Solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posed through the Electronic Posting System (http://www.eps.gov). Paper copies will not be provided. Contractors will be solely responsible for monitoring the Internet and obtaining the solicitation or any subsequent amendments, changes, clarifications, etc. and downloading them for their files. Registration for the solicitation is requested once it is posted since this will be the only source of information available from which to compile a source list of interested offerors. A pre-bid/pre-proposal conference/site visit is anticipated for approximately one (1) week after solicitation issuance. An award, using the Performance PriceTrade-Off (PPT) procurement process will be made in the form of a Fixed-Price requirements contract. In evaluating proposals, the Government will make tradeoffs among the factors, and select the proposal that is most advantageous to the Government. TECHNICAL PROPOSAL, PRICE PROPOSAL AND PAST PERFORMANCE, ALTHOUGH PRICE WILL BE CONSIDERED A SIGNIFICANT FACTOR, PAST PERFORMANCE WILL BE CONSIDERED MORE IMPORTANT THAN PRICE. Interested offerors must ensure they are registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive award of contract.
