- Description
- The U. S. Postal Service is soliciting proposals from prequalified contractors for the renovation of 6,400 sq. ft. of space in an existing building located at Eastridge Shopping Center in San Jose, CA. The project is to be completed in 120 days after notice to proceed. Estimated range is $700,000-$800,000. This is a leased facility. A pre-proposal conference will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on April 1st at the site. he proposal must contain the offeror?s overhead, profit, bonds, insurance, and all other contingencies. No allowance for such items will be made after contract award. The minority subcontracting goal for this contract will be 11%. Offers will not be publicly opened. All proposal information will remain confidential until award. Project drawings may be viewed after 3/18/05 at the Barker Blue Digital Imaging ePlanroom at http://www.barkerbluedigital.com.
