- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is requesting quotations from vendors. for the following items. Item 001 (2ea.) Servo amplifier, brushless, Servostar Model #SF20200-2G702A2. Item002 (2ea) Cable set, 6 meters length, Goldline model #CS-SS-RHA2HE-06, includes 80th motor power cable and motor feedback cable. Item 003 (2ea) Servo Amplifiers, Servostar Brushless Model #SF10200-2G506A2. Item 004 (2ea) Cable Set, 9 meters length, Goldliene Item #CS-SS-RHA2HE-09. Item 005 (2ea.) Power supply, item #PA2800. (SUBSITUTES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE). This simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR Parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. THIS PROCURMENT IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES (see numbered note 1). The applicable NAIC (formerly SIC code is 335312 and the associated small business size standard is 1,000 employees. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ-05-0388. Delivery shall be made within 30 days after receipt of purchase order. Delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination (any shipping and handling/freight charges shall be included in the unit price). Delivery shall be made to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP), Loading Dock at D Street, between 13th an 14th Streets, S.W., Washington, D.C. 20228. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. The basis for award shall be price and delivery. All interested small businesses shall submit a written quotation, which will be considered by the agency. Quotation may be made on an SF 1449 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact business address and phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUNS number and size status (i.e. Small business. Disadvantaged Business or woman owned business) If this material is available under GSA Contract, number and expiration date shall be provided. Quotations are due on March 24, 2005 No later than 2:00 pm.
