- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) High Performance Frequency Synthesizer, part number DS-14XX 8000-12000 MS DS (Quantity - 1 each). This requirement is sole soured to Herley-CTI, Inc. due to the unique combination of switching speed and step size required to be used in a high speed Ka-band imaging radar. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
