Destination with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. Require d delivery with First Article Testing is 202 each, 390 Days after Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 249 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 202 each, 261 DACA. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Of fers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions.
