- The Michigan National Guard has a requirement for crushed and block ice that requires a vendor to make multiple deliveries beginning 1 April 05 to 31 March 10 the majority of the ice will be ordered from April to October each year and will be deliver ed to Building 560, Camp Grayling, Michigan. Solicitation Number W912JB-05-T-2011 will be available on or about 16 March 2005 at our web site http://www.selfridgecontracting.com/ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp Completed proposals must be submitted to th e USPFO for Michigan no later than 30 March 2005. The projected Blanket Purchase Agreement date is on or about 1 April 2005. Eventual Blanket Purchase Agreement will be based on Best Value and vendors should be prepared to submit a quote that they feel will best support our requirements. Vendors must be registered as a sanitarily approved establishment through the U.S. Army Veterinary The Michigan National Guard has a requirement for crushed and block ice that will require a Command , approval letter m ust accompany the proposal.
