- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W911S2-05-T-0067 is issued as a Request for Quotes. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations. The Standar d Industrial Code (SIC) is 3711, North American Industry Classification System (NACIS) is 336211, and the business size standard is 1000 employees. Furnish and deliver the following: Sweeper Replacement Kit, 1 each for Tymco Sweeper, Model number 4600-600, Serial Number 456873, National Stock Number 3825-01-107-2438. The Sweeper Replacement Kit includes the following: Hopper Assembly, Blower Housing Assembly, Rear dump door, new screen Hooper, and Dust separator. Request FOB destination & delivery date. The following clauses and provisions are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (returned with your offer); 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-C ommercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders; 252.212.7001- Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items (June 2003).
