- Solicitation number R5SC-0605045 is for FUELS MANAGEMENT on the Plumas, Lassen, and Modoc National Forests and issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Individual Task Orders will be issued referencing the prime contract award by warranted contracting personnel from any Federal, State, County, or Local agency within 20 miles of Forests? boundaries. Work may also be accomplished on private lands, but the Task Order will be issued and administered by a Government entity. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-27. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
