Please do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. This solicitation will include an option to increase the quantity up to 100%. FOB is at Destination. Destination inspection is required. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. Delivery is 110 days ARO. This is a critical application item.
