- This amendment provides responses to contractor's questions Q1 - What is the proposed contract type? A1 - Firm Fixed Price, with a Cost CLIN for Travel when required away from Fort Bragg. Q2 - Is Travel authorized to bring in a qualified individual to work at Fort Bragg? A2. - No, the primary work will be performed at Fort Bragg and the costs associated with the performance of work shall be priced in the firm fixed price CLIN. Q3 - Did a contractor develop the initial or draft survey that is to be completed? If so, who was the contractor? Yes, SPA - Specialized Psychological Applications did the initial development of the SF Junior Leader 360 survey. This amendment does not extend the closing date/time of 5:00 p.m. on 11 March 2005.
