PROJECT TITLE: HANDY DITCH REPLACEMENT BRIDGE FOR BIG THOMPSON POWERPLANT ACCESS ROAD, COLORADO-BIG THOMPSON PROJECT, COLORADO This solicitation was issued on March 9, 2005, however, specifications and drawings documents will not be made available electronically. Bid Opening: April 14, 2005. To receive a copy you must fax a request to Hart BlackEagle at 406-247-7798. The request must be on company letterhead and shall include a valid Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and a valid Duns and Bradstreet Number (DUNS). Upon receipt of the request we will send a hard copy of the solicitation on the issue date. If the TIN and the DUNS are not provided with your request, the solicitation will not be sent. Note 1.: As of January 1, 2005, Contractors are required to enter their Certifications and Representations (known as Section K) in the On-Line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) database. To access ORCA's database search page go to: http://orca.bpn.gov/ and complete the application. Note 2: As of October 1, 2003, contractor bidding on Government contracts are required to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract. To access CCR database go to: www.ccr.gov and complete the application. Note 3: Registering with the Department of the Interior Electronic Commerce (EC) site for this solicitation does not enroll you on the Bureau of Reclamation Great Plains Region Regional Office Bidder's Mailing List to receive a copy of the solicitation. You must fax your request to Hart BlackEagle at 406-247-7798 in order to receive a copy of the solicitation.
