- The General Services Administration, National Capital Region, Triangle Services Center (TSC) intends to issue a 100% small business setaside RFP to procure custodial/janitorial services for Federal Office Building No. 3 (FOB3) in Suitland, MD. The RFP will be issued on or about 28 March 2005. The resultant contract is planned to be a fixed price performance-based service contract with economic price adjustment. The term of the overall contract will have one twelve-month base period plus four twelve-month options. Services are planned to commence on or about 01 July 2005. The RFP and any associated documents (ie. notices, amendments, etc.) will be issued via this website only. It will be the vendor's responsibility to monitor this website for its release as well as downloading copies. No hard copies will be made available for vendor's to pickup.
