- Description
- The Philadelphia Division, Contracting Department, Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) intends to acquire through full and competitive procedures, Xythos Webfile Server Software, Webfile RM Software, Webfile WF, Webfile Client, and installation support. The end user is the U.S. Joint Forces Command, 1428 Blandy Road, Bldg. NH-35, Norfolk, VA 23551. The resultant purchase order will have a period of performance that runs from 1 April 2005 through 31 March 2006. This requirement is being processed in accordance with FAR 13.5, Test Program For Certain Commercial Items, as supplemented by the procedures described in FAR Part12. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code and small business size standard are 541511 and $21M, respectively. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will require the submission of price and past performance information. Release of the RFQ will be via the Internet. Upon its release, the solicitation will be made available electronically at www.neco.navy.mil. A hard copy of the solicitation will not be made available. The solicitation is expected to be released on or about 17 March 2005. The response date of this synopsis is not the same as the response date that will be listed in the anticipated RFQ. Response date of the RFQ will be listed on page 1 of the RFQ. It is imperative that interested parties review this synopsis and the NECO website frequently for any updates and/or amendments. This synopsis will be amended to include the RFQ number once the RFQ is released on the NECO website. Quoters must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered for award. See www.ccr.gov for further information and instructions. Further, quoters are required to go on-line to the Business Partner Network at http://orca.bpn.gov to complete their Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) prior to submittal of a quote.
