Description

The Pacific Regional Contracting Office (PRCO), Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii has a requirement for contractor to furnish labor, parts, material, travel, training and equipment to maintain in operating condition the Government owned equipment ( MPACS echoLINK System, MMCN D3006) IAW manufactures specification for the Healthcare Equipment Management Branch, Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii and the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall provide the necessary hardware and software require d to maintain the systems. PRCO anticipates an award of a firm-fixed price contract resulting from the Request for Quotation (RFQ). Offers will be evaluated based on technical capability, experience, past performance and price. The NAICS code for this procurement is 811219 and the annual size standard is $6,000,000. The contract term will be a base period of one year plus four option years. The total term of the contract, including all options, will not exceed 60 months. If the Government does not award a follow-on contract in time, the Government may require the Co ntractor to continue performance for an additional period up to six months under the Option to Extend Services Clause. The Government will not synopsize the options when exercised. The requirement will be solicited under small business set-aside 100%.
