Description

Furnish and deliver Minotaur 400 portable gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer brand name or equal. Components of a cylindrical ion trap mass spectrometer include the ion source, ion trap, sample inlet, vacuum system, instrument control and data proce ssing software, ion optics, detector, and electrical and computer cables. The specifications include: (1) Must include low thermal mass gas chromatograph, a membrane introduction system for analysis of semi-volatile analytes, a solid phase micoextraction inlet for analysis of semi-volatile analytes, (2) Must have a small instrument footprint, miniature turbo and roughing pumps, low power requirements, positive and negative ion detection capability, capability for laboratory quality analysis, maintenance an d service support, an upper mass limit of at least 350 amu, and (3) Must provide tandem mass spectrometry capability.
