Description: This acquisition is for commercial items or services. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, labor and supplies necessary to accomplish Mowing and Trimming Services at the Tuttle Creek Lake Project Office, Manhattan, Kansas. This soli citation contains a base period plus four option periods. The base year period of performance runs from 01 April 2005 to 30 September 2005. The period of performance for Option period 1, is 01 April 2006 to 30 September 2006. The period of performance for option period 2, is from 01 April 2007 to 30 September 2007. The period of performance for option period 3, is from 01 April 2008 to through 30 September 2008. The period of performance for option period 4, is from 01 April 2009 through 30 September 2009. The government will award a contract from this request for quotes to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price, experience and past performance considered. For evaluation purposes price, experience and past performance will all be weighted the same. The standard industrial code is 0782. The NAICS code is 561730. REQUIRED CCR REGISTRATION: Prior to quoting, vendors must be actively registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) system, including creation of an MPIN number. Registration instructions may be obtained, and online registration may be accomplished , at www.ccr.gov. By submission of a quote, a quoter acknowledges the requirement to be registered in the CCR database prior to award; during performance; and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation.
