Description

This requirement is for mold removal for three (3) buildings, 4957, 6763, and 6930, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Requirement covers all critical barriers such as doorways, windows and HVAC vents. They shall be sealed with a minimum 6 mil poly cloth wi th duct tape. There shall be mold testing after clean-up, before painting, and test for mold spores after completion of job. Testing shall be conducted by an independent testing company. The Contractor is responsible for knowledge of and compliance with all environmental laws, regulations and programs of the installation. In addition, Contractor shall follow environmental procedures in dealing with the drywall since it contains mild and cultured growth. The requirement includes also removal/cleaning-sa nitizing of all damaged carpet, damaged baseboard and HVAC vents/diffusers/ducts. For the purpose of determining Small Business size for this acquisition is NAICS 562910, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding thr ee fiscal years must not exceed $12 million.
