Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitaiton; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issed. Requirement reference number : F88PHARMACIST is issued as a request for offers, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 621399. This acquisition is unrestricted. Under new FAR Guidance and in order to receive this award you must be registered in the Central Contractor?s Regristration data base at http://www.ccr.gov. Funds are not currently available, but are anticipated. The contractor shall provide Healthcare services ? Namely: Registered Pharmacist, required for Government beneficiaries as listed in the Statement of Work. Due to the size of the document a copy may be obtained by email. The performance period is from 21 March 2005 to 30 September 2005, and is considered a part time position. The US Air Force Hospital, RAF Lakenheath, Suffolk seeks a qualified Registered Pharmacist. Selected applicant will work between the hours of 7am to 6 pm Monday to Friday for outpatient and inpatient services. Shifts can vary from 4hrs to10 hrs maximum. Maximum of 24 hours per week. Required qualifications include: A BS or Pharm D from an accredited College of Pharmacy and also hold current unrestricted pharmacist license in one of the following 50-States or District of Columbia The U.S. Government will enter into negotiations with the offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and provides the overall best qualifications. Positions will be filled without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, marital status, handicapping condition, political affiliation, or any other non-merit factor.
