- This announcement constitutes Solicitation Number FA4801-05-T-0199, which will be issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). Anticipated award to be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-01. This acquisition is to be set aside and awarded to a small business concern. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238330. The size standard is $12,000,000.00. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project includes removing existing concrete coating in Room 137, bldg 286 and repaint the floor in Room 137 bldg 286 Holloman AFB, NM in accordance with Statement of Work dated 4 March 2005. PROJECT DETAILS: The Solicitation, which will include the site visit date, and other attachments will be posted on or about 11 March 2005 and MUST BE downloaded from FedBizOps at www.eps.gov; DO NOT REQUEST VIA MAIL OR FAX. IMPORTANT NOTICES: 1) RFQ submission must be in accordance with solicitation. 2) You will not be eligible to receive an award if you are not in the Central Contractor Registration Database. (Ref.
