- Description
- The contractor shall provide non-personnel services for rental of hotel rooms for the 917th monthly Unit Training Assembly. Lodging accommodations will be procured for a specified number of rooms with specified dates for Friday and Saturday nights. Parking facilities will be required. Hotels are expected to provide a convenient sanitary facility. Hotels shall be located no more than eight (8) miles from Barksdale AFB. The exterior appearance of the hotel and grounds must be clean and well maintained. The contract will be for a basic period of 12 months with a one-year option period. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621210 with corresponding Size Standard of $6M. This project is expected to be full and open competition. This is not a solicitation. The solicitation will be posted electronically to FedBizOps at http://www.eps.gov, on or about 13 April 2005. It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract will be awarded. NO HARD COPIES will be provided. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code). All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by this Agency. The Government award will be based on the evaluation factors set forth in the solicitation.
