- Amendment 0003 to Screening Information Request (SIR) DTFACT-05-R-00004: As a result of the FAA's redirection of the SMS work required in this Screening information request (SIR) DTFACT-05-R-00004 from the Traffic Management Systems Group at the William J. Hughes Technical Center to the Safe Flight 21 Program Office at the Washington DC headquarters office, the Technical Center no longer has a requirement and the SIR is hereby cancelled.
