- NOTE: All responses to this RFQ shall be mailed to Western Area Power Administation, 5555 E. Crossroads Blvd., Attn: J1531, Loveland, CO. 80538 8986 Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for all supervision, labor, equipment, materials and any other resource necessary to complete all ground maintenance services at the Loveland Area Office, 5555 E. Crossroads Blvd., Loveland, Larimer County, Colorado, 80538-8986. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for small business and is restricted to a 40 mile radius of the geographic location of Loveland Area Office Facility. This will be handled as a commercial services requirement in accordance with FAR 12 and 13. There is a scheduled site visit with designated time and date in the solicitation package part 12. The Government will utilize the Performance Based Evaluation Process for award. The total duration for this contract will be one year; however, four (4) year options may be exercised by the discretion of the government. All offeror???s must complete all portions of each section to be considered for award. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about March 11, 2005, on the following site: http://e-center.doe.gov/ Interested Offeror's must e-mail (gutierre@wapa.gov) or fax (970 461-7377) a written request to the Contracting Officer to receive the Specifications and Drawings. Project specific specifications and drawings will be issued hard copy. Note: all responses to this RFQ shall be mailed to Western Area Power Administration, 5555 E. Crossroads Blvd., Attn: J1531, Loveland, CO. 80538 8986. Information hours are between 7am and 3pm MT Monday through Friday.
