- This is the third modification to the original notice. On the last notice the updated website was listed to view the 2004 NRI Rangeland Field Study Instructions, except it lacked the .html. Bid packages will be available on FedBizOpps on or about March 23, 2005. Bids are due at 2:30 p.m. local time on April 22, 2005. The price range for this solicitation is between $25,000 and $100,000.
