- Solicitation for National Stock Number (NSN): 6105-00-167-7504, Motor, Actuator. Approved source: Kearfott Guidance and Navigation Corp., Part Number 3706. FOB Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. In accordance with (IAW) QAP 001. Requested delivery is 150 days ARO. This NSN is a critical application item and is non-commercial. Solicitation will include 100% option quantity requirement. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will result in the award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract.
