- PR: RD050390090000: This solicitation will contain 1 NSN 1620-01-173-5303 for a Parts Kit, Cylinder Part Number K410501-1003. AMSC 1G. An ?Export Control? technical data package (TDP) is available for this NSN. Technical data will only be released to contractors authorized/certified by the Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via internet, http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. If certification is required, request a DD Form 2345 from the Defense Logistics Services Center, http://www.dlis.dla.mil. FOB Origin with I/A Origin. Requested Delivery is 168 days ARO. DSCR request best delivery possible. 100% Small Business Set-Aside. QAP 008. The solicitation is issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base year and provisions for four, one year options. Pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand quantities of 295 each for the Base Year and 295 each for all Option Years. Critical Application Item and Configuration Control apply. The final contracting award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
