- DESCRIPTION: NSN 1005-00-050-6357. Rod Section, Cleaning, Small Arms. Made in accordance with Army Drawing (19200) 8436775 and all current related data. Quantity of 48,144 Boxes (of 25 each) to be delivered within 180 days to Tracy, CA (16,138 boxes) and New Cumberland, PA (32,006 boxes). All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Notes: 12 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of March 30, 2005. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. First Article Test is required. Automated Best Value System applies.
