- Description
- The USCG ELC intends to add a part to the existing repair Contract currently with Raytheon, Contract Number HSCG40-04-D-20003. The item is a junction box, circuit card assy, P/N 1721973-100. It is the government's belief that Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems, Portsmouth, RI is the only firm that can perform these repairs. Raytheon possess all the proprietary information and technical documentation regarding the repair of this item. The estimate is 10 each per year, which if all options are exercised will expire December 2008. Interested parties having the expertise may submit information regarding their capabilities. This information must include (1) complete and current engineering data to demonstrate the acceptability of the offered parts 2) data that the offered parts have been satisfactorily repaired for the government or the original equipment manufacturer. Concerns who respond to this notice must fully demonstrate their capability to accomplish the above and are to supply pertinent information in sufficient detail. This information must be submitted within 15 days of this notice. The Government does not intend o pay for this information solicited. Numbered Note 22.
