Description: This is a modification to the presolicitation notice posted on January 19, 2005 for Department of Homeland Security, Immigration & Customs Enforcement, Contract ACB-3-C-0008, to manage and operate the Migrant Operations Center located on the United States Naval Air Station, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Change the reference to the three-month extension of services to include the following ? with an option for an additional four (4) months?. Change the new contract anticipated start date from July 1, 2005 to November 1, 2005.
