Description

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency anticipates placing a noncompetitive award to Syris Data Systems through an International agreement with the Russian Federation for Spare parts. Russian Federation has made a request under the IAW, the START Treaty for the purchase and delivery of Armor Digital Telemety Equipment spare parts. Sypris Data systems is and has been the sole provider vendor for telemetry equipment. This announcement is for informational purposes only. No formal RFQ will be available. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1) implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated. NACIS code for this acquisition is 334511.
