The Naval Criminal Investigative Services has a requirement for maintenance on their Danaher Power Solutions UPS System Powerware Model 2254 and the ASCO 7000 Transfer Switches for a base year beginning 1 April 2005 through 31 March 2006, plus four (4) option years beginning 1 April 2006 through 31 March 2010. Clin 0001AA ? Basic Plus Preventive Maintenance and Emergency Services shall be performed for 24/7 coverage IAW as per scope of work. For the UPS Powerware 2254 system and three (3) ASCO transfer switches. Basic plus PMA also include travel and living for the maintenance of the units. Scheduled PM visit shall be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday or after hours 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Monday, 24/7 coverage. 10% discount on all spare parts, 33% discount on hourly service rates for remedial and emergency visits. Prior8ity scheduling on remedial and emergency service visit. A factory trained representative shall be available 24 hours per day; 365 days a year, there are four (4) units to be maintained once a year. 1 Year. Clin 0001AB ? Supreme Preventative Maintenance and emergency service shall be performed for eight (8) hour response IAW as per scope of work for the seven (7) units power PDU?s. Supreme PMA shall include preventative maintenance visit, travel, and living for the units. 24/7 coverage. 10 % discount on all spare parts. Priority scheduling on remedial and emergency. Service visits shall be a factory trained representative available 24 hour per day, 365 days per year. There are eight (8) units to be maintained once a year. 1 Year Clin 0002AA ?
