- The Government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price Contract to procure a solid polyethylene plastic toilet partition system, consisting of 98 stalls and 32 urinal screens, to be installed by the Government in Navy barracks located at Bldg. O-22 at the Norfolk Naval Station located in Norfolk, Virginia. The toilet partition system, including the toilet enclosures (98 stalls) and urinal screens (32), shall be a complete and usable system of panels, hardware, and support components and shall meet the following specifications: solid polyethylene plastic, continuous anchorage, 55? high doors and panels, no cutouts or radius cuts, floor-mounted, overhead braced, plastid continuous brackets, 3? high plastic shoes, integral hinges, aluminum heatsinc, with grab bars. The requested delivery date is within 30 days after date of contract award, but offerors should indicate their best, realistic delivery date in their quotes. Quotes are due by 4:00 p.m., 21 March 2005 and may be e-mailed to bonnie.parker@navy.mil or faxed to 757-443-1327. The North American Industry Classification System code is 337215. Contract line items are as follows: CLIN 0001, Solid Plastic Toilet Partition System Consisting of 98 Stalls and 32 Urinal Screens, 1 each, delivered to Naval Station Norfolk, Bldg. O-22, Farragut Avenue, Norfolk, VA 23511. Note: installation of this material will not be required by this contract. The Solicitation Number is N00189-05-T-0167. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the proposal.
