- Description
- MODIFICATION: RESPONSE DATE IS REVISED FROM MAR 25, 2005 TO APR 13, 2005. NAVAIR intends to award a firm fixed price contract to TAC Americas, 1650 West Crosby Road, Carrollton, Texas, 75006 for the repair and maintenance of the calibration laboratory enclosure in support of the Malaysia F/A-18 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. In addition to the repair work, the contract will provide for program management, logistics and engineering support, travel; and other part, material, data, and subcontract support as may be required in support of this procurement. TAC Americas, the sole designer, developer, integrator, and producer of the calibration laboratory enclosure, is the only firm that possesses the requisite knowledge of the calibration laboratory enclosure and system design, operation, and maintenance to meet the FMS customer?s requirements. Only TAC Americas has the calibration laboratory enclosure peculiar engineering data, capability, resources, and expertise to provide the program management, logistics and engineering support, travel; and other parts, material, data and subcontract support as may be required by FMS customers. TAC Americas is uniquely qualified to successfully fulfill this requirement. See Note 22.
