Description

The National Park Service indtends to award a sole source ontract to Blair Place Apartments for the monthly lease of 5-15 unfurnished 2 or 3 bedroom apartments for a one year period subject to 4 one year options for use by employees of Grand Teton National Park. This proposed action is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with onlly one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested parties may identify their written interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competetive proposal., however, all expressions of interest received within 15 calendar days of the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received in response to this notice will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competetive procurement. Any prospective firm must demonstrate the ability to provide 15 apartments to be used for individual or family occupancy at one time. All units shall be in "like new" condition. Location of the apartments shall be within the boundaries of Teton County, Wyoming. The NAICS code for this procurement is 531110, with the estimate per year of the contract not to exceed $100,000.
