PRON: AX579498AX, NSN: 4720-01-471-6739, PN: 114P9090-15: Qty: 50 each. This is a Firm Fixed Price, applicable to the CH-47 Airframe, with deliveries to Texark ana, TX 75507-5000. This item is restricted to Robertson Aviation LLC, Cage Code 1T765. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Data is controlled by Robertson Aviation LLC. Based on the technical review, there is reasonable technical basis to include that the item required by the agency is restricted to Robertson Aviation LLC and is currently available only from the actual manufacturer. A Contractor First Article is not required. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 70 each, 160 DACA. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Sour ce Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation requirements. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Forei gn firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for a ward. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
