- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army-Soldier Systems Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis wit h Trustees of Boston University, 881 Commonwealth Ave, Boston, Ma 02215-5130, for services in support of a research protocol on the neurocognitive effects of exposure to JP8 jet fuel. Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a request for proposal. No solicitation document is available. See Note 22 which reduces the response time to 7 days.
