Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This notice is issued NAICS 334419. The requirement is FFP for the procurement of one (1) each solid state Broadband Linear Power Amplifier 10 KHz-100 MHz 3500 Watts. Complete specifications shall be made available to all offerors upon request. The amplifier shall be operated at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Offerors must submit a proposed delivery schedule for the requested procurement. A completed copy of the provision at Clause 52.213-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items, must be provided with your offer to the US Army Contracting Agency. Applicable clauses to this solicitation are 52.212-4, Co ntract Terms and Conditions, Commercial Items, Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders, Commercial Items. In accordance with Part 13.106, a description of the relative importance of evaluation fact ors is not required. The award shall be based on the best value to the Government, all factors considered. Responses to this RFQ must be signed , dated, and received via electronic mail or FAX by March 14, 2005, no later than 12:00 PM EST at the US Army Contracting Agency, SFCA-NR-APC-T (Jo Ann Hayes), 4118 Susquehanna Avenue, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-3013.
