- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1B2E15060A100 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-26(19 JAN 2005).This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code 423830, with a size standard of 500 employees. Contractor shall provide a ?BECCA Next 80HC w/Direct Connect? Spray Gun Cleaning Unit with Solvent Saver Recycler or it?s ?OR EQUAL? equivalent to include 2 each 10 Gallon Tanks, 1 each Cover door (Next 80), 1 each Carbon Absorption Exhaust (Next 80), 1 Lot of Recycler Bags (25 count or equivalent, BECCA #660006-100 Value Pak). The paint gun cleaning system must be compliant with NESHAP, the Aerospace National Emissions standard for Hazardous Air Pollutants. See attachment. AWARD SHALL BE MADE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS WHO HAVE REGISTERED WITH THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION AT: www.ccr.gov/.
