- Sources Sought: Bechtel Nevada is seeking sources to design, manufacture and installation of a modular or prefabricated structure to be used for access control, office and storage space. The building shall be approximately 24 foot wide by 60 foot long, one story that has a minimum celing height of 8 foot. To include: HVAC system, electrical system to include power distribution, receptable system and lighting, communications to include horizontal pathways (enclosure, gang boxes, and conduits. The following type of buildings are acceptable with approval by contractor; prefabricated, modular, or trailer. Subcontractor required experience, MFG: Company specializing in manufacture of modular/prefabricated buildings with a minimum of ten years' experience in work of this type; INSTALLER: Company with a minimum of five years experience in work of this type and approved dealer/distributor of the MFG. This requirement is intended to be a small business set-aside.
