- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) intends to support the needs of its customers by entering into one (1) or more Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IQC?s) to supply Milk and Dairy products to customers at Maxwell and Gunter AFB, AL whose requirements comprise Group 1. Fort Rucker, AL requirements comprise Group II and Redstone Arsenal, AL requirements comprise Group III. Long Term Contracting: This acquisition is for two (2) years; acceptance of the entire term is mandatory. No option will be exercised, however, all term years except the first year are subject to cancellation. Further, pricing for the proposed long-term contract will be for two years.
