- The purchase of part numbered items as well as competitive (AMSC of ?G?) in which Stewart and Stevenson (cage 0FW39) is an approved source, and /or has supplied in the past (directly or through dealers), whether or not the NSNs are ultimately provided from Stewart and Stevenson. In addition to those items specified in Section B of this solicitation which have currently been identified, the scope of this contract includes all DLA managed items in which Stewart and Stevenson in a approved source, and /or has supplied in the past (directly or through dealers) whether or not the item is ultimately purchased from Stevenson. This could include other Centers NSNs. Item within the scope may be added to the contract at a later due in accordance with clause H15001, Addition/Deletion of Items on Schedule. All NSNs are available for download under the ?Acquisition download? menu item on the DSCC InterNet Bid Board System (DIBBS) under subject heading ?DSCC Corporate Contract Solicitation?. FSCs to be covered under this project include: 2040,2510,2520,2530,2540,2590,2805,2815,2910,2920,2930,2990,3010,3020,3040,4030,4320,4710,4720,4730, 4810,4820,4910,5925,5930,5935,5945,5998,5999,6625. Items will be procured as ?All or None? per NSN. This is a Potential to add other center items at a later date. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. See Note(s): 8, 9, and 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue of 24 Mar 05. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS or Srweb solicitations link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. (G) Items. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period on or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 2040,2510,2520,2530,2540,2590,2805,2815,2910,2920,2930,2990,3010, 3020,3040,4030,4320,4710,4720,4730,4810,4820,4910,5925,5930,5935,5945,5998,5999,6625. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
