- NSN: 5930-00-615-7169. SWITCH, GRAVITY SENS. Critical Application Item. This acquisition is for supplies for which the procurement agency does not possess complete technical data; therefore the procurement agency intends to solicit and contract with only responsive and responsible offerors that are quoting an approved source and are found to be the most acceptable as determined by technical and price analysis as detailed in the solicitation clauses. Approved sources to date are Fredericks Company, cage code (89597), part numbers 0711-0706-99 and 0711-0708-99; and Rockwell Collins, cage code (13499), part number 266-0212-010. Alternate offers must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and the alternate part for evaluation. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government procurement agency. An Indefinite Quantity Contract is anticipated (1 year basic/ 365 days), with 2 ? one year options (730 days). Price may be a significant factor in evaluation of offers, the final award decision shall be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
