- Description
- The USCG Civil Engineering Unit Cleveland intends to award a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base period of One Year with two One-Year Options. The IDIQ is for misc construction services i.e. carpentry, plumbing, electrical, laborers, poewr equipment operators, cement workers, asbestos removers and painters. The contractor will be required to perform multi-discipline construction, repair and remodeling work using these trade workers. Contractor may also be required to perform construction from a performance-based specification (which will require a design submittal). Work is for various U.S. Coast Guard Facilities in the Baltimore/Washington DC and Virginia/North Carolina areas. Interested firms are required to be able to service both areas. The sources sought is restricted to qualified 8(a) firms. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 236220.
